I LOVE cooking, it is the sole reason why I can't get that chub off around my belly. But I won't sacrifice it. I love only one thing more than cooking a meal - eating it! I am also vegan (but I occasionally cook with organic honeys). I take a lot of pride in "veganizing" traditionally very "meaty" recipes. I am not a rice and veggie vegan, I live for soy cheeses, delicious meat replacements, butter, chocolate, etc. If you're looking for a super healthy vegan cooking blog, this is the wrong place! I cook hearty meals, they are as healthy as they can be and obviously are less fattening than their original versions but they are by no means "good for you." I love the deepfryer. FYI.
